1. What are you adding?

Type (i) Coin, card, comic or autograph. A signed comic is a Comic; put the signer in 'Signed by'.

Pick the main thing. A signed comic is a Comic; enter the signer in step 4.

2. Is it in a grading holder (slab)?

Grader on the label (i) The company on the slab label. Not in a holder? Choose Raw / ungraded.

Not sure? Graded items are sealed in a hard plastic holder with a printed label and a cert number.

3. Identify it

Description (required) (i) How it's printed: year + name/series + number. e.g. 2021 American Silver Eagle Type 2.

Year (i) Year on the item (or year signed for autographs). Leave blank if unsure.

Mint (i) Coins: mint (West Point). Cards: set/brand (Topps Update). Comics: publisher (Marvel).

Mint mark (i) Coins only: the small letter (W, S, D, P, CC). Blank if none.

Series / set (optional)

4. Grading and signature details

Cert number (i) Copy exactly from the label, dashes included (NGC/CBCS use dashes). Letters, digits, dashes only.

Grade (i) As printed on the label: MS70, PF69 UCAM, 9.8, PSA 10. Raw? Leave blank.

Label / designation (i) Special designation on the holder: First Strike, Signature Series, Gold Label.

Signed by (i) Name of the signer. Blank if not signed. Put COA details in Notes.

5. Photos

(i) Up to 8 photos, JPEG/PNG/WebP, under 8 MB each. Front, back, label. Flash off.
