Sell your coin collection in Palm Beach County
A no-obligation review from a Lantana-based dealer. Every offer is explained with the recent sold prices behind it, and you can choose to consign instead.
Before you sell: don't clean anything
Cleaning, polishing, or "brightening" a coin removes its original surface, and collectors and grading services treat cleaned coins as damaged. Leave every coin as you found it and handle coins by the edges.
A quick first sort
- Graded ("slabbed") coins. Note the grader and cert number from each label.
- Likely silver. U.S. dimes, quarters, and halves dated 1964 and earlier are 90% silver; Kennedy halves from 1965–1970 are 40% silver; 1942–1945 "war nickels" contain 35% silver.
- Mint and proof sets. Keep them in their original packaging.
- Everything else. Foreign coins, modern change, tokens, medals.
How our offers work
- We sort the collection with you and explain each piece or group, not just one number for the whole box.
- We show what the offer is based on: recent sold prices for comparable coins and the current silver price for bullion-type coins.
- You get the offer in writing and can take time to think.
- If something would do better at auction or graded first, we'll tell you.
Sell or consign?
Sell outright for a fast, simple sale at a wholesale price. Consign better coins where retail buyers will pay more; you're paid as each piece sells, minus a commission. We'll help you decide which fits.

Not financial or tax advice. Coin values change with the market and condition; any offer is specific to the coins we actually see.
