What happens after you add an item

1. Submitted: your item is in our review line. Nothing else for you to do.
2. In review: a Choice team member looks at your photos and details and, for graded items, compares the cert number with the grader's public lookup (PCGS, NGC, CBCS, PSA and others).
3. Verified: we've checked what we can and may add published details to your item, such as corrected/verified details, the cert check result, or extra info. You'll see them on the item page.
4. Needs info: we'll tell you exactly what we need (usually a clearer label photo or the cert number). Edit the item and it goes back to Submitted on its own.

Good to know:

• If you later change the identifying details or photos of a Verified item, it goes back to Submitted so we can re-check it.
• Verification means we checked the details and the cert record. It is not an appraisal, an authentication guarantee, or an offer to buy.
