Every collector needs a different kind of help at a different time. Some want to learn on their own. Some want a person to ask. Some want a plan, a second look, or someone to keep things in order year after year. Our Levels of Help let you pick the depth that fits, and move up only when you want to.
Each level includes everything below it. Every level does three things: command (set a clear plan for your goal), oversee (track it in your Collector Portal), and optimize (review and improve it over time).

Why this order?
It follows how trust grows. You learn on your own, then with a person beside you. Next you plan what to build, then understand what you already own. After that you might trust us with private matters, and finally with ongoing stewardship. Each step adds more of our time and more responsibility, so terms grow with it. Concierge can attach anywhere, because a want list can show up at any stage.

Guide and Companion carry no charge. Paid levels are quoted for your situation. We'll explain any costs before you commit.
