What we collect
- Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email, optional phone number, and what you tell us in the message (for example the items you want to sell or buy).
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Your consent record: when you tick a consent box we save the exact wording you agreed to, its version, the date and time, the form name, and the page address, so we can show what you agreed to.
- Purchases: your name, email, and shipping address. Payments are processed by Square on Square's own checkout page; we never see or store your full card number.
- Attribution cookie: on your first visit we set one first-party cookie (
ccc_ft, kept 90 days) that remembers the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link. It is only read by this site and sent to us with a form you choose to submit. We use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. - Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare offers and quotes, fulfil and ship orders, keep records we are required to keep, and (only if you signed up) send our newsletter. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare (website hosting and form storage), Square (payments), and our email provider (to deliver notifications and replies). They process data only to provide those services.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us by emailing [email protected].
